Tory, alongside his wife, have launched an Aboriginal corporation to deliver cultural capability training to organisations engaging with First Nations people and to carve employment pathways for Aboriginal youth. A weekend volunteer, he tirelessly champions the betterment of at-risk youth.

Lizzy is the founder of Grow The Music - Social Enterprise dedicated to supporting ‘at-risk’ youth & supporting Indigenous Australians & Australia’s refugee communities through the creative arts & music. Lizzy understands the importance of purpose in business & how to weave social outcomes throughout the business narrative.
CHERIE TOPFER - The Team Builder
Cherie has held key management & leadership roles within the Human Resource, Education & Real Estate industries as well as owning & operating a HR business. She has been responsible for strategic growth, business operations & improvement, stakeholder management, team building, project managing volume recruitment projects, as well as designing & developing recruitment methodology systems & processes.
JAS RAWLINSON - The Campaigner
She is also the founder of 'Red Flags to Radiant Futures', which empowers teens, parents, and teachers to establish unshakable boundaries and recognize the red flags of unhealthy relationships. Combining her lived experience as a domestic/sexual violence survivor, with a BA degree in creative writing and psychology, Jas is highly renowned for her natural ability to break through stigmatized social issues and has been endorsed by names such as Lifeline, ABC, Women's Legal Service QLD & America's National Center on Sexual Exploitation.
